historic Hollywood Theatre in NE Portland. Walk the red carpet, enjoy the delicious hors d'ouvres

The event will also include a best dressed contest judged by female impersonator Darcelle XV
and friends, a "Predict the Winner" contest, a performance by local band Green Machine Jazz,

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has commissioned KCD, Inc., Multidisciplined
Creative Source in Williamstown, Kentucky to style a forty-four page, plus cover program book
in relation to the upcoming 81st Oscars® ceremony in Hollywood, California on February 22nd.
The composition of the 9 1/2" X 9 1/2" square commemorative features a black cover with a
four-color process image that has Soft Touch and Gloss UV coating as well as embossed/debossed
features. Metallic gold, offset-printed, interior pages will showcase custom-tinted, original
photography of cutting-edge, motion picture industry-specific "tools of the trade," shot on location
in context of previous Academy Award winners’ studios. The perfect-bound record will be reproduced
in Los Angeles and composed of recycled paper, coated with a satin aqueous finish throughout.
